Abstract: The new round of prospecting breakthrough strategy has put forward higher requirements for drilling technology, and the use of shallow drilling technology for rapid verification in shallow overburden areas is an important technical means. Multi-process drilling can provide green and efficient drilling technology support for drilling construction in complex formations. The TGQ-200RC multi-process automatic drilling rig is developed to meet this requirement, and the overall scheme of the drilling rig is formulated.
The main parts of the drilling rig, such as the multi-process power head, the clamping and screwing device, the 6-Dof pipe shifting mechanism, the truck-mounted integrated hydraulic rod storage, the electro-hydraulic control and parameter monitoring system, are developedThe control flow of multi-mechanism coordinated action in the process of automatic drill pipe addition and subtraction is planned.
